At ILoveDooney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box before affixing the return shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund.
